Questions

How do I know my credit balance?: We track credits manually for now. Email support@pingassistant.com and we'll tell you where you stand.
Do credits expire?: Not during the beta. We'll give plenty of notice if that ever changes.
Can I gift an item to someone else?: Yes. Just mention it in your redemption email and include their shipping address.
Is shipping international?: US first. If you're outside the US, send us a note and we'll figure it out.
Don't have anyone to refer?: No problem. Reach out to us and we'll share other ways you can earn credits.
